ABOUT ME

Allen Wilson, a dynamic and driven leader, grew up in Raleigh, NC, where he learned early on that knowledge is power. This principle, combined with a competitive spirit, has been a guiding force throughout his life. From a young age, Allen thrived on competition, whether it was with a cousin, a friend, or an adversary.

After completing his secondary education, Allen’s interest in technology led him to ECPI, where he studied Computer Technology. His knack for success was evident when he became the first student in his graduating class to secure a job while still in school.

Allen’s professional journey took a significant turn when he landed a position at EDS. His exceptional performance quickly earned him a promotion, making him the first to advance in a new, massive call center facility. This experience was pivotal in shaping his career, as he formed lifelong friendships, fostered new relationships, and was mentored by a great leader who helped mold him into a call center executive.

Always seeking new challenges, Allen transferred to the prestigious EDS Systems Engineer program, a rigorous boot camp designed to test the mettle of its participants. Allen excelled, joining a team that resolved the Y2K bug for EDS’s largest client, General Motors.

Craving the call center environment once more, Allen made a bold move to Ohio in his mid-20s to run his own call center. Despite the challenges, his determination and perseverance led his center to achieve its highest rankings ever under his leadership.

Eventually, Allen found his home in Florida, where he secured his first Vice President position in his late 20s. Over the past 20 years, Allen has worn many hats and steadily climbed the corporate ladder, progressing from VP to CIO, COO, and now CEO.

Allen’s goal is straightforward: to be the best. He believes in playing hard and working harder, striving to be number one and ensuring that his team excels in everything they do. His career is a testament to his dedication, resilience, and relentless pursuit of excellence.
